From the Prototipe to the Project
The academic project consists of a commission given by Territoria, in association with the Sustainability and Energy Master of the Catholic University, for the design of the fourth tower of the MUT Tobalaba project. Sustainable Green Façade strategies are addressed, an articulating interior void, which allows the entry of natural light throughout the building and a system of terracing in accordance with a productive vegetation survey that responds to all views of the building.
