Under construction The project is located in the financial district of Las Condes, the remodeling of an apartment on a 19th floor, which seeks to gain the luminous qualities of the north light, throwing away as many walls as possible and unifying the common spaces. The entrance to the apartment allows to immediately look for the views of the Manquehue and San Cristobal hills. We work with warm materials and tones, together with wood as the material that ties the whole proposal together. apartment of 55 m2 interior and 26m2 of terrace.
