CASA DECK - Matanzas
Preliminary Project Preliminary design proposal for a single-family house in Matanzas, Chile. The project rises above the ground, achieving to stand thanks to a reticulated system of beams, on certain specific profiles that allow this skeleton to be self-supporting. Absolute transparency is sought from the moment of entering the house to its end, which faces the sea and seeks the eternity of the visual horizon. Certain sliding systems are used to reduce the load of direct radiation provided by the setting sun. Work done in collaboration with Ismael Rengifo.
