CASA C-F
Centinela de Matanzas, Región de O’Higgins / Under Construction
Casa C-F is a two-story timber house located on a sloping coastal site, neighboring Casa María, carefully positioned to frame open views toward the Pacific Ocean. The project adapts to the terrain through a stepped layout that minimizes ground impact while reinforcing a strong relationship between interior spaces and the landscape.
Built entirely in timber, the house is organized around a clear structural rhythm that defines both its architecture and atmosphere. A system of adjustable wooden louvers is integrated into the façades, allowing precise control of sunlight, ventilation, and privacy throughout the day, while reinforcing the material identity of the project.
Large openings and terraces extend the living spaces outward, blurring the boundary between inside and outside and enhancing the experience of the coastal environment. Casa C-F proposes a calm and robust domestic architecture, where structure, light, and landscape work together to shape a warm and resilient seaside dwelling.
